RBCT has made the valuing of diversity a company strategic project. The company believes that in South Africa a diverse organisation is both a necessity and a competitive advantage. A diverse workforce means diverse wealth of skills, experiences, knowledge, bright ideas, innovation, etc. At RBCT we have a wonderfully diverse group of people, and appreciating and utilising their skills is the secret to helping each individual and the company reach full potential.
One of the initiatives taken to reinforce a diversity valuing corporate culture is the establishment of a Diversity Task Team in 2003.
